Free Delivery
We offer two delivery options: Standard Delivery and Delivery & Assembly Service. Standard Delivery is free on all orders and includes delivery to the ground floor, lobby, or first accessible dry area. It does not include unpacking or assembly. Delivery will be scheduled with tracking or arranged by our delivery partner. Delivery & Assembly Service is available for VIP customers or selected items requiring complex setup. This includes in-home assembly by professionals. A service fee of $50–$100 may apply. Customers can request this service during checkout or by contacting us. Note: Assembly is scheduled in advance for your convenience. Customers are responsible for preparing the space. Delivery teams are not responsible for moving existing furniture or any potential floor damage.Protected Delivery
- Lost or Missing Packages: If your order is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost. - Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or broken, you are eligible for a replacement or return. Please contact us with clear photos of the issue for verification. - Missing Parts or Assembly Tools: If any parts or assembly tools are missing from your order, we will promptly send the missing items to you.30-Day Returns
You may return your item within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags attached. Note: The return policy applies only to products with defects caused by the manufacturer or damage during shipping.1 Year Warranty
We offers a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. We will replace the defective parts accordingly. This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects and does not cover normal wear and tear, improper use, mishandling, or natural material characteristics. Exclusions include: misuse, harsh cleaning chemicals, accidents (scratches, dents, water damage, pet damage), natural disasters, and normal aging (fading, discoloration, surface wear). For defects reported after the warranty period, material support may be provided, but labor and shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
